Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, 1 WC, washing machine, air conditioning. On the ground floor a bathroom with WC, a living room, dining room and open kitchen, air conditioning. A bay window opening onto a covered terrace will allow you to take your meals outside on sunny days. This south-facing gite overlooks a large enclosed, tree-lined and secure courtyard (electric gate, gate with access code). Children will be able to play in the yard (swing, games) in peace. Barbecue and parking space are also available. All the small shops are nearby.
