Centrally located between Toulouse, Carcassonne and Foix (50 minutes by car) and just a few kilometres from Nailloux (Lac de la Thésauque 4km away), Villefranche-de-Lauragais (8km) and Avignonet-Lauragais (12km). Quiet location away from the village. Private south-facing covered terrace with summer kitchen, shared swimming pool and sheltered spa… All the ingredients for an unforgettable stay! Gîte adjoining the owners’ house.

Ground floor: very large living room divided into several open-plan areas: the kitchen behind the bar, the dining room, the lounge and the billiards/flipper room. Bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 x 160cm double bed + 2 x 90cm single trundle beds + shower room/WC), separate WC.
Upstairs: lounge/library/games room/elliptical bike on the mezzanine, 3 bedrooms each with en suite facilities (1 double bed (160cm) + 2 bunk beds for 1 person (90cm) in a sleeping area + shower room + separate WC) (1 double bed (160cm) + 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed (90cm) in an adjoining bedroom + bathroom + shower + separate WC) (1 double bed (160cm) + shower room/WC). Underfloor heating on the ground floor (geothermal). Laundry on request. Pets allowed with deposit (€50). Internet access. Utilities and cleaning included (cleaning must be billed in the contract). Swimming pool from June to September
