You’ll also be less than 30 minutes’ drive from Muret (swimming, Aqualudia), the Tépacap leisure and adventure park, the Source Wake Park in Carbonne and the Gers department (Samatan fat market and Isle-Jourdain leisure centre). The Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières lake for walking and fishing is 3km away. Single-storey gîte measuring 131 m2: kitchen with dining area, lounge, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm) (1 double bed 140cm + cot) (2 single beds 90cm), extra lounge (sofa bed 140cm), bathroom with shower and bath, WC, utility room. Underfloor electric heating. Courtyard for parking, large unfenced plot. Teleworking possible (internet box and desk in living room). Pets not allowed.
