The house is located 1.6km from Cugnaux town centre (all shops). 4.3km away: La Ramée leisure centre with lake, golf course, walks, 10km away: Muret, Aqualudia water sports complex, 6km away: African Zoo in Plaisance du Touch, 17km away: Toulouse city centre where you can get there by train (Portet-sur-Garonne station 7km away) or by taking the Metro to Basso Cambo station (car parking at the station).

The entrance hall opens onto the games or seminar room (pool table that can be converted into a ping-pong table or seminar table), WC with washbasin, very large living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and lounge area with wood-burning stove, this living room opens onto the large terrace where you can enjoy either the Spa, the relaxing lounge or the garden furniture to enjoy your meals outside (plancha and pizza oven).
