“La Mouline” is a charming gîte set in the former water mill of the Secourieu estate, in the heart of the 12-hectare park of this magnificent property. Just a few metres away, the hunting lodge, listed as a Historic Monument, houses a lounge-library area above the stream to complete the setting. A private Nordic bath takes place under the shade, just a few metres away. There are several terraces where guests can relax or enjoy their meals (there’s always one in the shade!). This 2-bedroom gîte has been designed to accommodate couples or families of holidaymakers all year round, who love their heritage and are looking for peace, quiet, nature and rejuvenation. Guests have the privilege of wandering through the historic grounds at their leisure. The gîte has independent access from the owners, who live in the main building (with no opposite access to the gîte, which is isolated in another part of the park). The owner can offer guests a guided tour of the park, as well as a home massage by a qualified professional. Cintegabelle is 6km away, Auterive less than 2km (all shops and services). Toulouse is 40km from Le Secourieu. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and decorated with care and refinement. Ground floor: living room (wood-burning stove), kitchenette, small utility room, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with en suite shower room (1 double bed 160x200cm, shower room/WC) (2 twin beds 90x200cm, shower room, separate WC). Wifi internet access. Reversible air conditioning. The pavilion has a relaxation area (TV, games, hi-fi system) and an office (ideal for teleworking!).
