In the peaceful Albi countryside, you will find all the shops and services in Villefranche d’Albigeois which you can reach on foot.

The beautiful Tarn Valley is a 10-minute drive away, and the magical town of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 20 minutes away. Castres, Cordes-sur-Ciel, and Gaillac are all nearby, and Toulouse Airport is just over an hour’s drive away.

Visit local markets, taste local wines in the Gaillac vineyards, explore Albi and the neighboring towns, or simply relax and enjoy the sun around the pool. There are also many lovely walks near the cottage and in the Tarn Valley. It’s perfect for hikers; there are many local PRs and the GR 36 hiking trail nearby.

** THE GITE **
The cottage is a renovated barn, adjoining the owners’ home but not overlooked thanks to its independent access.
The terrace, large garden, and swimming pool are completely private. Heated swimming pool (10x4m, 1.8m deep), maintained at 26°C from May-June to September-October, or depending on the weather. Ping-pong and badminton table.

The cottage includes:
– a large, bright living room with an open kitchen and lounge area,
* kitchen: washing machine, oven, microwave, French press and Senseo coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer.
* living room with a sofa bed for 2 additional beds, TV with French and English channels.
– two bedrooms: one with a 140x190cm double bed, the second with two single beds (one 95x180cm, the other 110x180cm).
– bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

In front of the living room, there is a terrace and shade sail for sunny days. Garden furniture and barbecue.

Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided. There are no additional fees and no deposit required. We have an electric car charging station, free for customers.
