Former house dating from 1876, named after its last occupant.
This detached house has an enclosed garden. It has been converted for 5 people by Jean-Louis, an enthusiastic antique dealer who has travelled the length and breadth of France to offer you a typical, authentic decor! With its 2 huge bedrooms and their private bathroom (shower and WC), its beautiful living room and its enclosed garden, this accommodation will be the ideal place for a calm and relaxing holiday…

Close to many activities and visits: the Garonne and the SNCF station are less than 10 minutes’ walk away, so you can come by train from Toulouse without your car, as well as joining the TransGarona (cycling route from the Val d’Aran in Spain to Toulouse) or the ViaGarona, a stage on the route to Santiago de Compostela, from Toulouse to Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of France’s favourite villages, just 9km away! The Montréjeau lake is just 3km away (30 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bike) for swimming, water sports and golf. Saint-Pé-D’Ardet natural lake 17km away, formed in an ancient volcano. Bagnères-de-Luchon (skiing and thermal baths), Le Mourtis and Spain are a 40-minute drive away.

Gîte on 2 levels of 93m2 with, on the ground floor: entrance hall with coat rack, living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen (cooker with 4 rings and oven, fridge-freezer, filter and pod coffee maker, raclette and fondue machine, waffle maker, crepe maker, combined microwave oven). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140*190cm)(1 double bed 140*190cm and 1 single child’s bed 90*190cm, and a balcony) each with private shower and WC. Enclosed garden. Garden furniture and lounge with parasol. Barbecue with utensils. Electric heating and WIFI. The owner does not accept companies and only accepts small pets.
