You will be enchanted by the character of this house, typical of the Pyrenees of the Haute-Garonne. After 1 year’s work, the owners are offering you a dream holiday in this bright gîte with its many windows. Its location means you can enjoy the sun and mountains all day long. Your children will be able to group together in the large bedrooms and play safely in the enclosed garden.

There are plenty of activities within walking distance (less than 10 minutes): the best restaurant in Luchon, “Le Lova”, is just a short walk away, as is the train station (Montréjeau – Luchon bus service). The Luchon-Superbagnères winter and summer gondola lifts, thermal baths, cinema, casino park, Badech lake and aerodrome (paragliding, gliding) are all within 500 metres. By car, the resorts of Peyragudes and Bourg d’Oueil and the Lac d’Oô hike are 15 minutes away; the Spanish Val d’Aran and Bossost, as well as the Pyrénées-Hô tree-climbing park, are 20km away; Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (Plus Beaux Villages de France and Grand Site Occitanie) is 33km and Montréjeau (train station and swimming lake) is 40km away.

From the balcony (or from the entrance staircase): 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, accessible from the dormitory room)(5 single beds), games room, study, shower room and separate WC.
– On the second floor: a bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds and a private shower room with WC.
