Large house in the heart of a family estate with heated indoor swimming pool and sauna at the foot of the Pyrenees in a peaceful wooded setting on the edge of its private lake.

The house is a haven of peace for young and old alike, with both indoor and outdoor activities available. A large garden with trees and a covered awning for outdoor meals.

The ground floor of the house comprises 2 large rooms:
The kitchen / dining room is very convivial with its central island to cook many and together.
The fireplace will warm you up in winter and the bread oven will introduce you to wonderful pizzas.
The large, bright and comfortable lounge has 2 sofas and several club chairs for lounging around, reading a good book from our library, watching a film, playing a game of chess or pool.
A games table where young and old can get together to play board games.
A table football table and a ping-pong table promise to make for some very convivial games.
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 dormitory on both floors, all overlooking the garden. The dormitory is the children’s favourite room, their paradise, with 8 single beds and 1 double bed. It also has its own bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and 3 washbasins.
The bedrooms have 160, 180 or 90cm beds, depending on demand.
Beds with duvets are made up on arrival. Each room has its own bathroom and can regulate its own heating.

The private indoor swimming pool is heated to 28°C all year round. This non-shared swimming pool and its sauna promise you moments of relaxation next to its small lounge where you can share a drink or listen to music.
A table football table and a table tennis table are also available for friendly games.
Outside, the large barbecue is ideal for grilling out with friends and provides a little warmth in mid-season, as does the brazier, and the petanque court is just waiting for players to enjoy a game in the shade of the trees.
The nearby private lake is perfect for fishing or canoeing.

Accès : From Saint-Girons take the D627 towards Audinac-les-Bains.
In Audinac turn right and drive past the campsite towards Las Parex/Mont Long for 1.4km, then turn right onto Coumanies and you will see the house on your left.

Accueil : The house and studio can be rented out to increase capacity.
