The kitchen is brand new and equipped with new products: microwave oven, a mini-oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher in large quantities for 4 people, favouring “made in France”. A beautiful 81 cm Led TV, a cupboard, a leather Rapido sofa 140 x 190. Cabin separated by a blackout curtain with 2 bunk beds 80 x 190. New mattress (summer 2019) 1 box (in secure garage). Car in the shade. Great location: 1 min from the sea front, 5 min from the shops. Children’s playground at the bottom of the residence. Bus at 300 m. No smoking flat – Pets accepted – ANCV accepted Rental from Sunday to Sunday in July and August.
