Ecogîte in an old barn with swimming pool, 1 hour from Toulouse, with lovely views of the Pyrenees, 6 bedrooms with private shower rooms/WC!

1 hour south of Toulouse (87km), on the way to the Pyrenees, this group ecogîte for up to 25 people will win you over with its location in the heart of the hills, and its outdoor space opening onto the countryside, with the mountains in the background. With plenty of sunshine, you’ll enjoy rest, relaxation and outdoor activities (hiking trails on site). Outdoor swimming pool shared with the owners, open from May to October (only for residents of the gîte, the pool is not open for receptions for more than 25 people).

Nearby attractions: Aurignacian Museum 8 km away, restaurants in Aurignac 10 km away, Cardeilhac Forest and Arboretum 17 km away, as well as Gallo-Roman Villa in Montmaurin, Montréjeau 30 km away (swimming lake, golf course, train station, shops, restaurants).

This former two-storey barn has been restored with a real ecological approach (choice of materials, recycling, water management, etc.).
– Ground floor: living room – 2 kitchens – PRM bedroom (2 twin 80*20cm beds) – 4-bed bedroom (1 160*200cm bed + 2 90*190cm bunk beds).
– First floor: lounge – 4 bedrooms (1 bed 140*190cm + 3 beds 90*190cm)(2 twin beds 80*200cm + 1 bed 160*200)(1 bed 140*190cm + 2 single beds 90*190cm)(6 beds 90*190cm).

Self-catering or on-site catering available. Owners’ home on the same site.
Receptions (weddings, seminars, etc.) are possible for up to 50 people. For more than 30 people, the rates below are increased by €125 per 10 people.
Rates 2024: Christmas/New Year: we: 1830€ (minimum 3 nights), from 2 January to 30 April: we: 1220€ / week: 3200€, from 1 May to 31 October: we 1320€ / week: 3470€, from 1 November to 16 December: we: 1220€ / week: 3200€.
Pets are accepted under certain conditions. Please ask us beforehand.
