This old Comminges stone farmhouse, completely renovated, is located in a small village overlooking the valley and facing the Pyrenees. Outside, there is a terrace where you can enjoy your meals on sunny days while taking in the view. Unenclosed garden and parking area.

Ground floor: large living room with fireplace (2 sofas, armchair, footstools, TV) and separate kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200cm), small shower room/WC, storeroom/laundry room. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90x200cm) opening onto a balcony-gallery with mountain views, bathroom (corner bath and double washbasin), separate WC. Gas central heating + wood-burning stove. 4 bedrooms with twin beds. Mountain bikes available. Pets not allowed.
