LA CASA DEL ANGEL is a 42 m2 flat, comfortable and ideally located, a few steps from the village square, the sea and the train station, a lovely artist’s refuge, very bright and quiet. Located on the 1st floor of a co-owned house. There is a private courtyard where you can store your diving equipment. The flat comprises : – A large, bright attic with a 160cm bed and a single bed. – A living room with a comfortable 2-person bunk bed, and an open-plan kitchen with top-of-the-range equipment. – A large, colourful, flower-filled terrace where you can eat outside without being overlooked. – A bathroom with shower and washbasin. – A separate toilet Bed linen is included in the rental price. A charge of €50 for linen and cleaning is not included in the rental price. Rental conditions : – Booking with online payment ( 30% deposit ) – Deposit (cheque for 200€ not cashed and returned on departure if the state of repair is OK)
