La Caminade tells a wonderful story… that of two couples of friends who decided to buy a house together and share it to accommodate holidaymakers in bed and breakfast accommodation. Sophie is no stranger to the B&B business, as she already owned a B&B in Fontenilles. They decided to settle in Lévignac, in a beautiful brick house (the former presbytery) in the heart of the village, a stone’s throw from the market hall, in a quiet, peaceful lane.

Nearby tourist attractions: in the village of Lévignac: shops, restaurants, cinema; Bouconne forest 5km away; Isle-Jourdain leisure centre 10km away (wake-boarding, swimming, canoeing, restaurant); remarkable market and covered market in Grenade 15km away; 20km away: Blagnac airport, Château de Laréole, PDO violet garlic at Cadours, Animaparc for children; Fronton vineyards 30km; Montauban 46km (in the Tarn-et-Garonne département) and Auch 60km (in the Gers département).

At the front of the house, you’ll find an enclosed garden, beautifully planted with flowers and trees. A gate and a few steps lead to the shared swimming pool (4x13m), which is covered and accessible only on sunny days.
Isabelle offers foot reflexology sessions by appointment (€30 for 45 minutes).
Organic breakfasts, with an emphasis on homemade products.
Parking in the village streets.

The house has two levels:
– ground floor: the long corridor that divides the house in two leads to the living room reserved for guests (fireplace, lounge area, breakfast table, games, library).
– Upstairs, the two guest rooms are distributed by a common landing: Vent d’Ouest and Vent d’Autan, each equipped with 1 double bed (160cm) + 1 single bed (90cm) and a private en suite shower room/WC (with large 90×120 shower).
