The Gîte de la Bordeneuve is a bright, recently-built house with spacious rooms and all the comforts you need for a holiday in a peaceful, bucolic setting.

Just a stone’s throw from the village of Blanquefort, the house opens onto a private garden with access to the communal garden: you’ll enjoy a fragrant garden, the shade and coolness of the trees for your moments of relaxation.

Accessed via an electric gate, the garden is partly enclosed, ideal for children. The house has a large living room opening onto the covered terrace, lounge, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom and its shower room/WC accessible to people with reduced mobility, comprising 1 double bed (140cm) and direct access to the outside, a corridor leads to 2 other bedrooms comprising 2 single beds (90cm), 1 double bed (160cm) with dressing area, a shower room and separate WC. The house is equipped to respect the environment: low consumption, water softener.
