The gîte, adjoined by a small storage room and situated close to the owners’ house, has a covered terrace and a courtyard (table football, 2 mountain bikes). Parking area. The Garonne (walking, cycling, kayaking, fishing) is 10 minutes away and Samatan market 30 minutes. Muret is 10km away (market, shops, restaurants, water park, swimming beach). Ground floor gîte: entrance hall, lounge, large kitchen, study area, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm), shower room, separate WC. Electric heating. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath. Pets allowed on request with an additional deposit of €50.
