Welcome to L’Oustalet d’Erine, a contemporary and welcoming home located just a few minutes from the historic center of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From the gîte, you can easily reach the city’s iconic landmarks: Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, a unique Gothic masterpiece in Europe; the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum housed in the Berbie Palace; and the medieval streets lined with half-timbered houses, artisan shops, and lively terraces. The banks of the Tarn River, colorful markets, and pleasant urban walks also provide lovely moments throughout your stay.
In summer, Albi becomes an open-air stage with the Pause Guitare Festival, a major event attracting thousands of spectators. Nearby, the Tarn countryside invites exploration: typical bastide towns, the Gaillac vineyards for wine tasting, and green valleys perfect for nature and cultural getaways.

Designed to accommodate up to 5 guests, the house offers on the ground floor a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine) opening onto a friendly living and dining area.
• One bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed.
You also have a shower room with walk-in shower and washing machine, as well as separate WC.

Upstairs, a second attic bedroom:
• One 140×190 cm bed and one 90×190 cm bed.

Outside, enjoy a private garden and a terrace ideal for al fresco dining. A charcoal barbecue is available for summer evenings. Parking is possible directly in front of the house. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable stay in every season.
