Located in Dénat, just a stone’s throw from Albi, this independent gîte is an ideal base for exploring the Tarn’s must-see sites: the UNESCO-listed Episcopal City of Albi, the medieval streets of Cordes-sur-Ciel, the village of Lautrec and its windmill, as well as the granite landscapes of the Sidobre. The nearby Albi–Castres greenway offers wonderful walks and bike or horse rides (horse boarding available).
The gîte sits within the family’s agricultural estate (no livestock), surrounded by 35 hectares of fields and woodland, ensuring peace and relaxation.
On the ground floor of the main building, you will enjoy a spacious living area with a cosy insert fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, small appliances and both filter and Senseo coffee machines). This level also includes a bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms and two shower rooms, one of which includes a toilet. An additional bedroom is located on the upper floor of the Colombier and comes with its own shower room and toilet, offering a unique and more private space.

A summer kitchen is available on the ground floor of the Colombier for added comfort. Leisure facilities include a pétanque court, table tennis, a children’s play area with swing, and private parking.
