Come and spend a unique moment for two in this superb flat with access to a private jacuzzi and a shared swimming pool, with nothing to think about other than enjoying yourself, as everything is included here: electricity, heating, linen, bathrobes, cleaning and access to the wellness facilities! The gîte is located in the commune of Castelnau-D’Estrétefonds, less than a 20-minute drive from the Châteaux Caze and La Colombière, and numerous vitirandos, vineyard walks, for sport and pleasure….You can also come without your car, as the train station is just 200 metres from the accommodation, as is the Canal Latéral de Garonne (part of the Canal des 2 mers), so cyclists and hikers are very welcome! The remarkable market of Grenade is 5km away, the swimming beach of Villemur-sur-Tarn is 17km away, and Montauban, in the neighbouring department of Tarn-et-Garonne, is 28km away. Studio of 23m2, on the first floor and adjoining the owners’ house (who also offer 3 additional rooms): a sleeping area with a large double bed (160*200cm) (desk and large flat-screen smart TV with Netflix); a fitted kitchen with 2 induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a Krups coffee machine (pods available) and a fridge-freezer; a dining area with table and chairs; and a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and WC. Balcony terrace with jacuzzi and garden furniture. Access to the swimming pool in the garden to the rear of the owners’ house, as well as a barbecue and sun loungers. Parking space at the bottom of the flat. Electric heating. Wifi internet access. No dishwasher. The owners will take care of washing your clothes if necessary (the washing machine and tumble dryer are in their private area).
