Isabelle, Odile, and Ivano left their native Lorraine to settle in the Tarn Gorges. They bought the former Hôtel de Paris, which had been closed for over 15 years, and renovated it in just a few months, transforming it into a must-visit destination in Sainte-Enimie. It houses the restaurant “Le Petit Paris,” a charming and welcoming spot. They have tastefully decorated their three guest rooms, preserving original features that give them a wonderful character. Breakfast is served in the restaurant, where you can enjoy a special moment with the hosts—they will be delighted to share their family adventure with you! A beautiful address in the heart of the village and close to all the activities the region has to offer: hiking and mountain biking, swimming in the river, canoeing, climbing, and more.
