The owner, a painter and photographer, takes pleasure in sharing some of the works that adorn this studio.The large air-conditioned day room with kitchen, dining room and lounge opens onto the outdoor area, which is equipped with garden furniture and a plancha.On the ground floor, there is a sleeping area with a double bed (180cm), a sitting room and an open-plan bathroom with bath and WC.Upstairs, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, opening onto the living area.In the property, there is a second adjoining gîte for 9 people, with its own entrance. The discreet owner lives on site.
