Ideally located, you are 8km from the Thésauque and Ganguise lakes (water sports centre: swimming, stand-up paddle, water games) and 12km from the Canal du Midi (cycle, walking or boat trips), but also in the heart of the Occitanie region for sightseeing: Toulouse, Foix and Carcassonne less than 50 minutes away by car! You’ll have a wonderful holiday in the countryside in this former farmhouse in the Lauragais region, comprising the owners’ home and the two Alba gîtes. There is a private terrace with garden furniture. The large 2.5-hectare garden, which is not enclosed, is shared by all. There is ample parking at the entrance to the property.

This large gîte is divided into two communicating gîtes:

– L’Alba 1: has a large dining room and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. Laundry room under the stairs and WC with washbasin. Upstairs: three bedrooms (1 x 160 cm double bed) (2 x 80 cm twin single beds) (2 x 80 cm twin single beds), shower room, separate WC. Electric heating.

– L’Alba 2 PMR: this two-storey gîte has been adapted for access by people with reduced mobility. The ground floor comprises a large open-plan living room with an open-plan kitchen, and an accessible bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed) with its own private shower room/WC. A staircase leads to a mezzanine with two further bedrooms (2 twin 80cm single beds) 2 twin 80cm single beds) and a second shower room/WC. Electric heating.
