The rolling hills and valleys of the Gaillac vineyard stretch between Cordes-sur-Ciel, Castelnau-de-Montmiral, and Gaillac. This is the Pays des Bastides, a region of hilltop villages perched on cliffs or nestled lovingly along the Tarn riverbanks. Each village is more beautiful than the last, and several are ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.
In summer, the vineyard comes alive with “apéro-concerts” hosted by winemakers, offering a musical way to discover one of the oldest wine regions in France. The gîte lies at the heart of this landscape, surrounded by several wine estates. Whether hiking, wine tasting, visiting local markets or strolling along the Tarn, everything is in place for a relaxing and fulfilling stay.

This renovated farmhouse, now an independent holiday home, is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a warm and convivial setting.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining area, with everything you need for large meals: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee makers (filter & Nespresso), kettle…
The living room is bright and welcoming, with a TV, custom-made sofa and armchairs crafted by the owner for a personal touch.
There is also a separate WC.

Upstairs, the sleeping area includes 5 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms:

4 bedrooms with 160×200 cm double beds

1 bedroom ideal for children, with 4 bunk beds (90×190) and 1 single bed

A large bathroom with Italian shower, double sink, and WC

A second bathroom with shower cabin, sink, and WC

The house has reversible air conditioning. There is no Wi-Fi, but 5G reception is excellent.

The garden is centred around a private pool (8×4 m, max depth 1.5 m), bordered by lush plants. A shaded terrace, outdoor furniture, barbecue, swing set, ping-pong table, and table football are all there for fun and relaxation.
A carport and private parking area complete the facilities.
