The Green Garden House welcomes you for holidays in total relaxation thanks to its ideal situation only 5mn from the City of Carcassonne and the lake of La Cavayere with its beaches, sports activities and water games while enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. You will appreciate the villa, the calm and the birds singing, as well as the shaded garden with hammocks, the 3 terraces as well as the interior thought for your comfort and your good being. You will be able to rest while listening to the trickling of the water in the pool. You will experience a recent and modern construction made of wood and straw, ecological and passive which produces its electricity thanks to solar panels. Welcome to our zen nest in nature in the hamlet of Montlegun! The gite has a private parking with a secure gate. All shops are less than 5 minutes away. The gite includes a large living room with a sitting area (sofas and TV), a dining area that opens directly onto the large terrace and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a bed in 160 which gives on a 2nd terrace, a second bedroom with a bed in 160, and the last bedroom with a bed 140 and a privative water room with shower and washbasin and which has access to the 3rd terrace. Une chambre avec un lit en 160 qui donne sur une 2ème terrasse, une deuxième chambre avec un lit en 160, et la dernière chambre avec un lit 140 et une salle d’eau privative avec douche et lavabo et qui a accès à la 3ème terrasse. Une salle d’eau avec douche et lavabo indépendante pour les deux autres chambres. Un WC indépendant.
