A lovely 34 m² flat on the first floor of a former guesthouse (the Villa Hortense), which has been fully renovated. It is situated behind the Allées d’Etigny, 500 m from the new cable cars and 900 m from the thermal baths. 3-star holiday let.

The accommodation
– Living room with television, table and chairs, sideboard and sofa.

– Fully fitted kitchen (oven, 4-ring induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, built-in fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, raclette machine and all essential kitchenware). Access to a small balcony.

– Bedroom with a 140×200 bed, wardrobe with shelves (bed sheets, pillows, duvets and bedspreads). Bed linen can be hired for 10 euros.

– Bathroom with vanity unit, walk-in shower, hairdryer and wall-hung toilet.

Access to a pleasant communal garden with tables and chairs, and a barbecue.

Other notes
Heating is included and set to 20 degrees. Above this temperature, you will be charged an additional 3 euros per day for each extra degree. Please send us a message if you wish to increase the temperature (the heating is controlled remotely).
