Our gîte Le Chai – gîte 4 – was once used to store the wine barrels. The grapes fermented in the wooden barrels, waiting to be decanted and bottled, much like today! Thanks to some holes in the walls inside the building, we knew that the barrels were supported against the wall with beams!
Today, the fully restored buildings include 4 beautiful gîtes, installed in the old barns and cellars.
An adjoining door leads to gîte 3 – La Grange – which allows the gîtes to be used separately or as one large accommodation for more than 10 people. Ideal for two families, a large group of friends, grandparents or those who would like to spend holidays together in their own space.
