The O’Lacalin vacation rental is ideally located halfway between Toulouse, the “Pink City,” and Albi, home to its Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Montauban, the “City of Ingres,” is just a 45-minute drive away, and for those who want to spend a day (or more) in Carcassonne, no problem—it’s less than 1 hour and 30 minutes away!

A 15-minute walk from the guesthouse, you’ll find Les Jardins de Martine: an educational farm with a vegetable garden, greenhouses, a chicken coop, a stable, a playground, and more. Psssst! In the summer, Les Jardins de Martine transforms into a guinguette.
A little further away, just 4 km away, is Les Folies Fermières—a farm-themed cabaret! You can enjoy farm-fresh produce while taking in a real show, just like in a cabaret!

** THE COTTAGE **

A completely private, single-story house in the middle of the forest, equipped with ducted air conditioning, and currently in the process of obtaining the “Tourisme & Handicap” certification.

– Large living area with kitchen, dining table, and living room with TV. Open-concept, wheelchair-accessible kitchen (space under the sink and cooktop for wheelchair access), refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo® pod coffee maker, raclette machine…
– Laundry room with washer and dryer

4 bedrooms, each equipped with single beds that can be joined together to bring the mattresses closer:
– The first bedroom has two 80-cm beds and a private bathroom (shower and sink)
– a second bedroom with two 80-cm beds and a children’s bed measuring 60/70 cm by 160 cm
– the third bedroom with three 90-cm beds
– The fourth bedroom has two 80-cm beds, one of which is a pull-out bed that opens to provide a large sleeping surface.
An accessible bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. A second separate toilet in the hallway.

Covered terrace facing the lake below and a charcoal grill. Garden in front of the house and fenced-in property.
A gate provides access to the lake (swimming prohibited), ideal for fishing (carp) or walks in the forest and around the lake.
