This air-conditioned duplex gîte is located on the 1st floor of a stone building from the Gard region. Its tropezian terrace offers relaxation and the joy of admiring the sunsets. Ideal for a family with two young children or teenagers. Shared swimming pool.

The Muscat gîte comprises a bedroom with 2 single beds (x90) or a double bed (180), and an Italian-style shower. Then a cosy master bedroom with 1 double bed x160, Italian-style shower.
Separate WC.

An interior staircase takes you upstairs to a Scandinavian-style open kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, mini-oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric coffeemaker and kettle, washing machine and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Living room with sofa and TV.
Towels, sheets and blankets are provided in the bedrooms.

At the junction of the Gard and Hérault departments, this establishment is an ideal base from which to discover the riches of the region, the major sites of the Cévennes Piedmont, and the Mediterranean.
