Very close to the Lot, nestled at the foot of the Sauveterre plateau, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011, our gîte is frequented by both fishermen and hikers to enjoy moments of happiness and calm with family or friends… You will discover in Chanac and its surroundings a very diverse built, natural and gastronomic heritage. Detached house of 80m² with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and sink, 1 separate toilet, beautiful 20m² veranda with magnificent mountain views… Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm) Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 2 single beds (90x190cm) The cottage, with its large terrace shaded by a pergola and its tree-lined courtyard with a wooden deck, is 100m from the village center of Chanac (bakery / newsagent / bar-restaurant) and 700m from the municipal swimming pool open in summer (July/August, fee applies).
