Immerse yourself in the authenticity of a former winegrowing estate, nestled between vineyards and olive groves, ideal for discovering the Camargue and its traditions, and enjoying a peaceful setting full of charm.

Located in the Petite Camargue, in a commune rich in Camargue customs, between Arles, Aigues-Mortes and Nîmes, just 30 minutes from Mediterranean beaches, including the famous Espiguette beach. Perfect for families, groups and hiking enthusiasts.

This 174 m², two-storey manor house, adjoining the owner’s home, can accommodate 2 to 9 people. The house can be rented in its entirety, or divided into two apartments and a separate bedroom.

Composition of the gîte :
– First floor (mid-floor): A kitchen opening onto a dining area, a sitting area with fireplace, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed, and a staircase leading to a bathroom with shower and toilet. The second independent bedroom has a 160 cm bed and its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
– Second floor: A fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a living room and a small lounge, as well as three bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious, with a 160 cm bed. The second bedroom also has a 160 cm bed, and the third has a 120 cm bed. A bathroom with shower and private toilet completes this floor.

The gîte has an enclosed garden in the courtyard of the mas, 2 hectares of land and a private swimming pool (8m x 4m), to share, open from June 1 to September 15, weather permitting. A pool house with bar and games room, as well as a TV room, reading room and various games are also at your disposal. A pétanque court completes the outdoor facilities.

Short-stay rentals available (minimum 3 nights), with rates adjusted according to the number of guests (from 2 to 9).
