The Lou Bosc vacation rental is located in a wing of the Domaine de Bosc Lebat, which consists of three vacation rentals. The pool is shared with the second vacation rental, Les Forges, which accommodates two people.

Located halfway between Toulouse and Albi, you have plenty of options for exploring the surrounding area. If the weather is bad, head underground to explore the medieval underground passages of Saint-Sulpice; otherwise, marvel at the Saint-Alain Cathedral and its Jacquemart in Lavaur, uncover mysteries beneath Vauban’s vaulted ceiling in Les Cammazes, find serenity in Dourgne and its abbeys, a medieval atmosphere in Lautrec, and a moving experience at the abbey school in Sorèze… The Land of Cocagne, a land of abundance…

Set out to discover the secrets of the Land of Plenty. It’s known as the “rainbow land” with its array of colors and flavors: the “red gold” of saffron, the “blue gold” of pastel, and the “pink” of Lautrec garlic.

The Lou Bosc vacation rental is located in a wing of the Domaine de Bosc Lebat, in a peaceful setting surrounded by woods and fields. Recently renovated, Lou Bosc can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. The Domaine de Bosc Lebat also includes a second vacation rental, “Les Forges” (Ref. G1810 on Gîtes de France), with which you’ll share the outdoor areas and the pool. The other side of the estate is reserved for the third cottage, “Bosc Lebat,” which sleeps 11 people (Ref. G1812 on Gîtes de France).

COTTAGE with a completely separate entrance and a private terrace in front of the living room, accessible through the floor-to-ceiling window. A barbecue and patio furniture are available on this terrace, located within the estate grounds and sheltered from the wind by its high walls and from the sun by a parasol. Private parking under a covered shelter is provided for the Lou Bosc cottage, located behind the pool.

Ground Floor:
– The entrance opens into the large, bright living room facing the cottage’s private terrace. Large sofa, TV, wood-burning stove, books, and access to the first floor from this room.

– On one side of the living room: a separate kitchen/dining room. Fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, bean-to-cup espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator

– On the other side of the living room: the “pink” bedroom with two 90x200cm twin beds that can be joined together (with a connecting panel and fasteners to link the two single beds). Private bathroom in the bedroom with toilet, sink, electric towel warmer, and walk-in shower.

On the 1st floor:
– “Beige” bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a 90x200cm bed (using a bed connector and fastener to link the two single beds). Private bathroom in the bedroom with toilet, sink, electric towel warmer, and walk-in shower.

– “Green” bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a toilet, sink, electric towel warmer, and walk-in shower.

– Large bathroom with toilet, sink, walk-in shower, electric towel warmer, and washing machine. This bathroom is private to the large bedroom located directly above it

On the 2nd floor:
– Large bedroom with a double bed and a desk/reading area set slightly lower than the rest of the room. This bedroom can be closed off via a connecting door on the 1st floor, allowing you to create a separate space comprising the bathroom on the 1st floor and the bedroom on the 2nd floor.

Outdoor areas are shared with the second cottage, “Les Forges,” which sleeps 2–4 people, but there’s no shortage of green spaces all around you! You’ll have access to the orchard, which spans over 2 hectares. Across the road (which has very little traffic), you’ll have access to the fenced-in pool, which is also shared with the second cottage. The pool is open from mid-May through October; dimensions: 4 x 9.5 m, 1.20 m deep.

All-inclusive cottage for your comfort: sheets and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Private covered parking. 4G Wi-Fi with limited bandwidth and weak signal in some areas.

On-site: a caretaker offering several services, including babysitting, grocery shopping before your arrival and during your stay, daily bread delivery, and airport pick-up and drop-off. Please arrange these services directly with Alexandre and Pauline, who live in a wing of the estate.
