In a typical Cévennes stone house, large gîte for 8 to 12 people, 150m² in size, located at 500 meters above sea level, offering magnificent views and a south-facing exposure. Situated 15 minutes from Le Collet de Dèze, where you’ll find the first amenities, this farmhouse is located in the hamlet of “Cessenades”, in the commune of Ventalon in the Cévennes. A very comfortable living room with a fireplace. The equipped kitchen opens onto a shaded terrace overlooking a small private garden. On this level (ground floor), a suite (bedroom, shower room, dressing room, toilet). On the first floor, a large common room gives access to two bedrooms and a shower room. All around, “bancels” (terraces) support recreational areas, fruit trees and a very sunny swimming pool. The more distant plots are composed of wooded heathland or coppices of chestnut and holm oak. From the gîte, you can access beautiful hiking trails and the river is perfect for swimming in lovely pools.
