We welcome you to our villa Le Vieux Tilleul, featuring a heated swimming pool, located in a charming Provençal village in the Gard region, just 25 minutes from Uzès.
Fully air-conditioned, the house can accommodate up to 13 guests for a comfortable stay.

Le Vieux Tilleul is a charming old village house that has been carefully renovated. Its authentic character has been preserved, with beautiful original features such as cement tiles and traditional materials, while offering all modern comforts. The result is a warm and unique atmosphere.

The house can accommodate up to 13 guests and features 5 bedrooms, including a cozy dormitory, as well as 3 bathrooms. The dormitory also includes a relaxation area with a foosball table, an exercise bike, and a TV. One of the bedrooms has a freestanding bathtub directly in the room, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

The bright and spacious living area includes a comfortable lounge, a welcoming dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for cooking and enjoying meals together.

The entire house is air-conditioned for maximum comfort during the summer months.

Outside, around the large lime tree and the heated swimming pool, several areas have been designed for relaxation: read in a hanging chair, enjoy a drink in the garden lounge, or share a meal prepared on the barbecue.

The house is located in the heart of the village of Cavillargues, with shops within walking distance: café, grocery store, butcher, and bakery.

It is an ideal base for exploring the region, including Uzès and its famous market, the Pont du Gard, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Gardon gorges, the Rhône Valley vineyards, as well as the cities of Nîmes and Avignon.
