The ‘Le Chalet’ *** holiday cottage is a tastefully decorated old chalet-style house that can accommodate 20 people all year round. (Extension to 43 people possible across 3 houses, 10 bedrooms, 3 spas, 1 indoor swimming pool, 1 dormitory).

With 180m² of floor space over two floors and a 20m² dormitory, this cottage comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with bar, a large 30m² living room with fireplace and leather lounge suite, a south-facing terrace with views of the Ariège Pyrenees, a television with digital terrestrial television and DVD player, free WiFi, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers with balneotherapy jets, a bathroom with jacuzzi and 3 toilets. The cottage is also air-conditioned.

A large 40m² room equipped for dining and dancing, a video projector, a snooker table and an enclosed garden with a GIANT barbecue are also at your disposal.

A separate dormitory with 8 bunk beds, a shower and a toilet.

A ROOF TOP with a 360° view of the Pyrenees.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms:

The MERENS bedroom with a 160 cm bed and two 140 cm beds with bathroom (jacuzzi, washbasin, shower & private WC), whose balcony faces south towards the Pyrenees.
The MORGAN bedroom with a 180 cm king-size bed and a 140 cm bed (a 140 cm sofa bed) with private bathroom, shower, washbasin and toilet, and a south-facing balcony overlooking the Pyrenees.
The POTTOCK room with a 180 cm bed or two 90 cm beds, built-in shower and private toilet, in the attic.

Accueil : On the outskirts of the village, in an 18th-century farmhouse, the CHALET offers a 280-kilometre PANORAMIC VIEW of the Pyrenees mountain range and is part of a group of houses that can accommodate people with three SPAS and a SWIMMING POOL, all covered. Free parking is available at our HVE-certified organic Merens horse farm. We produce our own photovoltaic electricity and wood chip heating, and all our products are organic and HVE-certified. Extension possible for up to 43 people.
