** THE COTTAGE **
– Living area: living room with TV and board games, open kitchen, and dining table opening onto the covered patio.
– The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, a Senseo® pod coffee maker and a filter coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, multifunction food processor with slicing function, countertop refrigerator in the kitchen, plus a second refrigerator with a freezer in the laundry room behind the kitchen. Also in the laundry room: a washing machine and dryer.

You’re just a 500-meter walk from downtown Lavaur.
Secure parking right in front of the house. The garage is available only for bicycles or for playing ping-pong in bad weather.
Nearby is Saint-Alain Cathedral and its famous Jacquemart, which still chimes. This automaton, depicting a figure, marks the hours by striking the building’s large bell. The cathedral is a monument of stunning beauty and houses treasures of Gothic and Romanesque art. Further on, the Chemin de la Tour des Rondes trail will immerse you in the dramatic history of the Cathars. Take a leisurely stroll through the Jardins de l’Evêché, Square Bressole, and along the banks of the Agout River. Then set off on the Voie Romaine, a hiking trail through the pastel-colored countryside.
