About

The gîte is composed of a set of small buildings (house, barn, small stable, bread oven) typical of the rural habitat of Quercy. Tranquillity and intimacy are guaranteed by the configuration of the habitat composed of 3 independent parts Courtyard, old gardens, fields where the swimming pool (12x6x1 to 2m) is located have a total surface of 15000 m2. Enclosed by dry stone walls, the place is discreet with an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and the village town in the distance. Quissac, a small commune is in the centre of the regional park of the Causses du Quercy and the Braunhie forest massif, in the heart of a region with an exceptional heritage (Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie, Pech Merle, Cahors, Figeac, Dordogne Lot and Célé valleys…)

1ère partie : au rdc, séjour/coin cuisine et repas. A l’étage , 2 chambres (2 lits 1,40m), salle de bain, mezzanine avec 1 lit 0,90, wc. 2ème partie (mitoyenne à la 1ère) : au rdc, 1 cuisine salle à manger, 1 salon. A l’étage, 1 ch (1 lit 1,40m), mezzanine mansardée( 2 lits 0,90m ), 1 salle de bain, 1 wc . 3ème partie “la Grangette” : au rdc, séjour/coin-cuisine (banquette ), à l’étage 1 ch (1 lit 1,40m), salle d’eau, wc. Possibilité de location partielle hors haute saison pour 4/6 pers, les parties non louées restant inoccupées pendant le séjour. Chauffage central et poêle à bois dans les parties 1 et 2, électrique sur partie 3.
