This large house, with its 5 bedrooms, is the ideal setting for a family holiday in the countryside, or for hosting professionals. It has retained its authenticity, with its antique furniture, embroidered sheets and old-fashioned earthenware, but offers modern comforts and facilities. Adjoining the owner’s sister’s house and a year-round rental, the Gîte de Lauriol is totally independent and benefits from a terrace not overlooked (marquee, large garden furniture, electric plancha) and an unenclosed garden planted with trees and flowers. Pets welcome. Cycling facilities available.

Just 2km from Cazères (with all shops and services), you can enjoy the swimming pool, the nautical centre, the Garonne cycle path or hikes on the Via Garona.

Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, large living room (dining room and sitting room with fireplace), bedroom-study with direct access to the terrace (BZ for 2 people 140cm with en suite shower room/WC (washing machine)), separate WC with washbasin in the hallway.
Two staircases lead up to the first floor. The main staircase leads to Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, each with 1 x 140cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed, and a bathroom. Bedroom 3 (1 double bed 140cm) communicates with Bedroom 2 (adjoining rooms) but can also be accessed via a secondary staircase to be independent. Bedroom 4 is a small room for 1 person (1 bed 120cm) at the top of the secondary staircase, which must be crossed to access Bedroom 3.
Additional electric heating. Wifi internet connection (fibre), baby equipment on request.
