Welcome to our gîte, a former family farmhouse dating back to 1850 that has been completely renovated.

A warm, inviting retreat for four, set in the quiet countryside.
Nestled amidst nature, it offers a peaceful setting to relax, recharge, and enjoy a truly serene stay.

The holiday home features a bright and comfortable living area.
A pleasant lounge awaits you, complete with sofas, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, board games, and books.

Two cozy, carefully prepared bedrooms:
• A spacious ground-floor bedroom with a 160×200 cm bed, walk-in closet, sofa, and large patio doors opening onto a small terrace.
• An upstairs attic bedroom featuring a 160×200 cm bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and an armchair for admiring the countryside views.
• Optional extra sleeping space for one person available.
• Beds are made up prior to your arrival.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large, private covered terrace featuring sun loungers, wooden garden furniture, and relaxation chairs.
You will appreciate the comfortable bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, double vanity unit, heated towel rail, and storage space.
Separate ground-floor toilet.
The property includes a washing machine, along with drying and ironing facilities.

You can enjoy a large terrace that is perfect for:

o admiring the surrounding nature

The property is surrounded by woods, greenery, and a vast garden—perfect for children—as well as a large courtyard for playing pétanque or simply unwinding. The area is enclosed by a gate and monitored by security cameras for your peace of mind. Private parking is available.

We are close to the “Base de loisirs des 3 Lacs” (recreation center) in Monclar-de-Quercy and the “Vallée des Loisirs” in Lafrançaise.
