Located halfway between Toulouse and Albi, you have plenty of options for exploring the surrounding area. A land of plenty, a land of abundance… Set out to discover the secrets of this region. It’s known as the “rainbow region” for its array of colors and flavors: the “red gold” of saffron, the “blue gold” of pastel, and the pink of Lautrec garlic.

Nestled in a small valley surrounded by fields, near the Roman Road, “Bosc Lebat”—a magnificent estate—offers you peace and serenity, ensuring a restful vacation with family or friends on this 9-hectare property.

The Bosc Lebat vacation rental occupies half of the estate that bears its name, in a peaceful setting surrounded by woods and fields. You’ll be staying in the owners’ home while they’re away; Bosc Lebat can accommodate up to 11 people thanks to its 6 bedrooms. The Domaine de Bosc Lebat also includes two other vacation rentals in a wing of the estate: the “Les Forges” vacation rental (Ref. G1810 on Gîtes de France) for 2–4 people, as well as the “Lou Bosc” vacation rental (Ref. G1811 on Gîtes de France) for 8 people.

COTTAGE with a completely separate entrance and a private terrace at the front of the house. This cottage features a large private garden and orchard, as well as a swimming pool with a pool house entirely dedicated to the Bosc Lebat cottage. A barbecue and outdoor furniture are available for your use in these private areas. Private parking.

Ground floor:
– The entrance opens into the large, fully equipped kitchen featuring a range, American-style refrigerator, slicer, oven, microwave, bean-to-cup espresso machine, and dishwasher. An extra dining table is located in the kitchen, along with a wood-burning stove.

– Double bedroom on the ground floor with access from the back of the kitchen. It features a bookshelf, desk, and private bathroom with a toilet, sink, electric towel warmer, and walk-in shower.

– Large dining room with an oak table

– First living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a wood-burning stove.

– Single bedroom with a 90×190 cm bed and its own bathroom with a toilet, sink, electric towel warmer, and walk-in shower. This room is on the ground floor and is accessed from the first living room.

– Second living room, more spacious than the first, featuring a large red corner sofa, a fireplace, and a 4K TV.

Upstairs, off a large hallway:

– “Beige” bedroom with two 90x200cm twin beds that can be joined together (with a connecting bridge and fasteners to link the two single beds). Private bathroom in the bedroom with a toilet, sink, electric towel warmer, and walk-in shower.

– “Ecru” bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom in the bedroom with a toilet, sink, electric towel warmer, and shower.

– “Blue” Room with two 90x200cm beds that can be joined together (love bridge and connector to join the two single beds). Private bathroom in the room with a toilet, sink, electric towel warmer, and bathtub.

– “Orange” bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a toilet, sink, electric towel warmer, and large shower.

Private outdoor areas for the Bosc Lebat cottage, including a private pool (the other two cottages share a pool on the other side of the property). Private pool with a pool house, bar, ping-pong table, foosball table… The pool is open from mid-May through October; dimensions: 5x10m with a gradually sloping depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.70m. You’ll have access to the private orchard spanning over 2 hectares, as well as the rest of the property, which covers more than 7 hectares!

All-inclusive cottage for your comfort: sheets and towels are provided; end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Private parking along the cottage’s private entrance. 4G Wi-Fi with limited bandwidth and weak signal in some areas.

On-site: a caretaker offering several services, including babysitting, grocery shopping before your arrival and during your stay, daily bread delivery, and airport pick-up and drop-off. Please arrange these services directly with Alexandre and Pauline, who live in a wing of the estate.
