This gîte occupies part of a large stone farmhouse in the Lauragais countryside. Adjoining the owners’ accommodation, the gîte shares 5,000 m2 of unfenced gardens and an 11 x 6 m pool (with safety fence) with the guests. At ‘En Richard’ days revolve around relaxing on the south-facing terrace or beneath the shade of the trees, exploring “Cocagne country” and taking gentle countryside strolls. Single-storey gîte: expansive hall leading to kitchen with dining corner (direct access to the terrace), double bedroom (140 cm), and bathroom/WC. Small lounge and twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm). Oil central heating. Sun loungers, fridge-freezer, microwave, pay-as-you-go mobile phone, radio/CD player, DVD player, Wifi Internet access. Extra folding bed available for the lounge. Cot and high chair available.
