Well-facing, not overlooked, very nice view of the vineyards and the beach. Terrace of 8 m2. 35m² kitchen/living room on first level with large terrace, 3 bedrooms with individual air-conditioning and bathroom on the second floor with two 80cm beds (convertible into 1 160cm bed if required) + 1 140cm bed + 2 90cm bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Linen kit (sheets, towels and tea towels) for €15 per person, to be booked in advance and paid for on site. Weekly rental.
