Nature and animal lovers, welcome to the “Du Coq à l’Âne” gîte in Saint Félix Lauragais, which houses the gîte and the owners’ home back to back, with separate access and outdoor areas. Just a few minutes from Auriac sur Vendinelle, you can enjoy a private enclosed garden (1400m²) with a secure swimming pool (8x4m) accessible from 15 May to 30 September and a Nordic bath (from 1 October to 31 May). Two terraces provide garden furniture and a lounge area. Animals on site: dog, cat, hens, cockerel and donkeys, who do not have access to your space… but the sounds & cats sometimes cross the fences…

Nearby attractions: Saint-Felix-Lauragais 8km; Château de Loubens-Lauragais and Orme Blanc swimming lake 10km; Villefranche-de-Lauragais 21km; Avignonet-Lauragais 24km (craft market all summer); Toulouse and Castres (Tarn) 40km and Cité de Carcassonne 70km (Aude).

The gîte comprises a main flat and an adjoining studio (you need to go out onto the terrace to go from one to the other).
On the ground floor, the main accommodation comprises a conservatory housing the dining room and a summer kitchen, a kitchen (raclette machine, crepe maker, etc.), a large living room (table football, wood-burning stove), a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to 4 bedrooms (children’s bedroom with mezzanine bed: 1 double bed (140cm) below, 1 single bed (90cm) above), (1 double bed (160cm) (1 double bed (160cm)) (2 single beds (90cm)), WC.
The studio, on the garden level, completes the sleeping capacity with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room with separate WC. Boules pitch, portico, table tennis and table football. Enclosed garden, private swimming pool and Nordic bath. Parking is available on the property.
