Made of brick and pebbles, this 6-person, 4-star, self-contained gîte welcomes you for an all-inclusive stay (excluding cleaning). A relaxing, peaceful holiday, where you can enjoy the 1.5 ha of land surrounding the estate on your own. Sunny terrace in the morning. The perfect place for a siesta!
A region rich in history and heritage: for the more sporty, there’s a cycle path along the river Saune, 300m from the gîte, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll. Fitness trail and children’s play area also 200m away.
Ground floor: entrance into the living room with its dining area and lounge, large kitchen opening onto the terrace and a summer lounge, 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility (no medical bed possible) (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm) (1 double bed 160cm and direct access to the terrace), shower room with large walk-in shower, separate WC. Aerothermal heating. Pets not allowed.
TELETRAVAIL: a desk and lamp are provided, as well as an electrical socket for a laptop, extension lead and power strip on request, broadband internet connection (wifi + RJ45 cable). 3G/4G telephone coverage (operator: Free), cordless telephone.
