La Ménardière… An invitation to culture, cinema, escapism and sharing! The setting for a France 3 soap opera and an 18th century manor house, it is now home to a group of people who have turned it into a shared habitat! Anne-Marie and Michel, creators of the Utopia Cinémas d’Arts et d’Essais, decided, along with around fifteen other people, and after watching the film “Et si on vivait tous ensemble”, to buy this magnificent home to live in and share their passion for culture, and above all… to help each other! After 2 years of renovation work, 5 friends now live on site and receive holidaymakers in their 2 guest rooms. They will be happy to help you discover the many events organised on site from 25 June to 31 August: films, concerts, exhibitions, etc. Park with century-old trees, terraces with garden furniture and barbecue, shared swimming pool.

Ideally located, this prestigious residence is situated in the centre of Bérat, a town of 3,000 inhabitants, with all amenities on site: restaurants, shops… and even a traditional brewery, La Biérataise! Horse-riding at Rando Equitable 2km away, children’s leisure park at Tépacap 6km away, ViaGarona hiking trail and TransGarona cycle path 9km away (Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route between Toulouse and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges), WakePark in Carbonne (swimming and wake-boarding)… Muret is 17km away (SNCF station, Aqualudia…).

On the ground floor of the house: entrance with lift, reading room, music room, breakfast room, kitchen accessible to guests and separate WC.
The 2 elegantly decorated guest rooms (Michel chose the furniture from auction rooms) are on the 1st floor:

– la Bergère”: 2 single beds 80*200cm that can be twinned to form 1 double bed 160*200cm, private shower room
