Located between Damiatte and Lavaur, just a stone’s throw from the Fiac golf course, the Domaine d’En Namiel welcomes you to a lush, peaceful setting perfect for reunions. From this spacious house, you can easily explore the treasures of Occitanie: Albi and its UNESCO-listed Episcopal City, the bastides of the Pays de Cocagne, Lautrec and its pink garlic, Revel and the headwaters of the Canal du Midi, or even the vineyards of Gaillac and the Cité de Carcassonne.

Designed to accommodate up to 12 people, this spacious 320 m² vacation rental combines comfort, a warm atmosphere, and a wide range of amenities. The house features 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a cozy lounge, fireplace, pool table, piano, and bar. A modern, well-equipped kitchen allows you to cook for the whole family, with direct access to two outdoor terraces (facing north and south).
A first bedroom with a 160×200 bed and its own bathroom complete this level.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, each of which is air-conditioned and thoughtfully designed, along with three additional bathrooms.

An outdoor area dedicated to relaxation and recreation:
– Large swimming pool heated to 28°C (10x7m, depth ranging from 40cm to a maximum of 1.5m), open year-round, heated from mid-May to mid-October provided that nighttime temperatures do not drop below 12°
– Two terraces, equipped with a fire pit, plancha grill, and pizza oven—facing north and south—allow you to enjoy every moment of the day
– Courts for pétanque, volleyball, and badminton, as well as soccer goals and a ping-pong table
– Vegetable garden available for guests to pick from, depending on the season
– Tree-lined green spaces, bordered by a small stream flowing down from the hills of Lacapelle, offering a refreshing oasis during the summer months
