Located in Maury, nestled among the hills, meadows, and pastures of the Pays de Cocagne, it lies at the heart of an organic farm spanning over 100 hectares, halfway between Toulouse, Albi, and Carcassonne.
Spacious, elegant rooms are perfectly suited for hosting families, celebrating reunions with friends, or fostering teamwork during seminars in the countryside. The high-end amenities invite relaxation and serenity.

Arranged in a U-shape around a beautiful inner courtyard blooming with orange trees, the house and its series of bright rooms offer everyone space and comfort. For gatherings and entertaining, you’ll have access to 13 bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms, two living rooms (one with a bar and piano), two dining rooms—one of which seats 26 guests—a huge, fully equipped kitchen, and a home theater. Whitewashed walls, exposed beams, wall tapestries, cement tiles with patterns reminiscent of Ottoman rugs, and leather furniture blend and complement each other to create a charming interior.
Outdoor or indoor pool? You don’t have to choose—you’ll have both, along with a spa and hammam in an exceptional wellness area offering unobstructed views of the natural surroundings. The outdoor pool is heated from May through October (12x6m), and there’s also a bocce court.

Accueil : There are four other large homes available for rent—La Bastides des Tourelles, the Ségur vacation rental, L’Héritier, and La Bélonie—all located in the same town of Marzens.
