At the foot of the Pyrenees, not far from the spa and ski resort of Luchon, discover this family home with its old-fashioned charm, ideal for entertaining large groups… 5000m² garden, enclosed play area (former pelota court), table tennis. Beautiful views of the mountains. Well-equipped for its capacity.
Close to the Route d’Espagne (garden to the rear of the house). All amenities 3km away: supermarket, restaurant, etc. Cycling and touring routes nearby, Garonne a stone’s throw away. Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of France’s most beautiful villages, is 3km away.
Large house for 15 people with 5 bedrooms:
– ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen, large living room (80m2, with fireplace), Jean bedroom/study (140cm sofa bed, large desk, hi-fi and TV), WC.
– via the kitchen (steep staircase): bedroom Céline on the 1st floor (1 double bed (140cm) + 1 single bed (90cm) + washbasin + WC with sink)
– via the main staircase : WC on 1/2 landing.
– 1st floor: Mireille and Jean’s bedroom (1 double bed 140cm + sofa bed 140cm + dressing room + shower room, Monique’s bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), Claude’s bedroom (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 80cm), bathroom. Upper 1/2 landing: bedroom Annie (1 double bed 140cm + 1 sofa bed 140cm + shower room + balcony).
Oil-fired central heating. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
