Located at the top of the village of Avignonet-Lauragais, Luis and David’s house faces the pretty Gothic church in the historic quarter.

Over 300 years old, this house has been renovated with taste and passion. It is divided between the owners’ home and the gîte, which is on one level. Luis’s Mediterranean roots are reflected in the decoration and atmosphere of the patio. With its blend of modernity and antiques, this studio is a real favourite!

Adjoining the main house, the entrance to the gîte is via a small, quiet street: hall, large, bright and welcoming living room (1 x 160cm sofa bed for 2 people), 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, separate kitchen, communicating with the living room via two curtained openings, small shower room, WC. Internet connection (Wifi), no television.
On sunny days, you can enjoy the lovely, private, shaded and peaceful terrace at the back of the house with garden furniture and sun lounger (shade sail).

Nearby attractions:
The A61 motorway and the Canal du Midi (cycle path, local produce shop, tourist area, exhibitions, bike and boat hire on the Aire de Port-Lauragais) are just 2.5km away.
Villefranche-de-Lauragais, 7km away, has all the shops and services you need, as well as a number of sports facilities such as a swimming pool and tennis courts. For water sports (sailing, etc.), Lac de la Ganguise is 10km away.
Revel, Cité d’Art, is 30 minutes away and well worth a visit, both for its remarkable market, held every Saturday morning in the central market hall, and for the Saint-Ferréol lake, where you can go swimming.
Toulouse is easily reached by motorway, 40km from the gîte.
