The Terra Cotta Ecogîte Chaumarty sleeps 6, in Gaillac-Toulza, 45km south of Toulouse.

Ideally situated in the centre of several Grands Sites d’Occitanie: in Haute-Garonne, less than 45km from Toulouse, 24km from the village of Nailloux, 13km from the Ariège river and Cintegabelle; 11km from Saverdun in Ariège, 19km from the art village of Carla-Bayle, 31km from the Mas d’Azil cave and 48km from Foix castle!

It’s an idyllic location, with a magnificent view overlooking the countryside and the Pyrenees as a backdrop! There’s no better way to describe this little paradise, a secret ecological cocoon. This Ecogîte will also win you over with its warm atmosphere and ecological character. The soft colours and natural materials give this house a special charm.

Ground floor: living room and kitchen, sitting room (library, fireplace). First floor: 1 bed (160x200cm), shower room/WC. Half floor: bedroom ideal for children (2 beds 80x200cm). 2nd floor: bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200cm, shower room/WC). Wifi internet access. Outside covered terrace. Shared laundry room, table football in the pool area.

Heating is included in your rental from early October to early May. Heating periods may vary according to the weather.
The swimming pool is guaranteed from mid-May to the end of September. During this period, it may be closed for treatment, technical or climatic reasons. If the weather is favourable and there are no technical problems, the opening period may be brought forward to early May and wintering postponed until mid-October.
Dimensions of communal unheated outdoor swimming pool: 9x5m, depth 1.50m in the adult bathing area). Unenclosed communal garden. Pets allowed (maximum one per rental, flea treatment, calm and sociable dogs under 20kg). A second gîte in the hamlet sleeps 9. There is also an adjoining year-round rental.
