Just 20 minutes from Blagnac, 1 hour from Auch and Montauban, come and discover this beautiful contemporary house at the gateway to the Gers, in the town of Lèguevin, and take advantage of its proximity to the Toulouse region (Toulouse is 18km away). After your day of sightseeing, a wellness and fitness area is available (booking required and extra charge: €20 / one-hour session for 2 people): 5-seater spa, 4-seater sauna, electric bike, elliptical bike, rowing machine… Enclosed garden. Parking area.

At the entrance to the village of Lèguevin, you can take advantage of the Mouline green space (lake and fishing facilities). The village is crossed by a pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela. Just 500 m from the house, there is a footpath leading to the Forêt de Bouconne. The village also has a cinema and shows at Le Tempo. Water sports enthusiasts will be delighted at the Isle-Jourdain lake, just 10 minutes away.

The family guest room, on the ground floor, has a separate entrance, a first bedroom (with 1 x 160cm double bed, desk, TV) and a second bedroom (with 1 x 160cm double bed, desk), bathroom (bath, walk-in shower and double basin), separate WC. Air conditioning.
Possibility of reserving the guest room for 2 people by taking the two rooms at the rate of 150€/night.
Baby equipment available on request.

Breakfast is served in the owners’ living room or, in fine weather, on the covered terrace.
Small fridge available.
TELETRAVAIL: a desk (in the bedroom) and a lamp are provided, as well as an electrical socket close by for plugging in a laptop computer, extension lead and power strip on request, high-speed fibre optic internet connection (wifi and RJ45 socket). Telephone coverage (operator: Orange).
The recharging point for electric vehicles is a reinforced socket that allows recharging in 6 hours.
